Refund Policy

At FAR CLOSET, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our refund terms carefully.

Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases: 

  • You received a defective or damaged product.
  • If you have made an online payment and your order could not be delivered due to stock unavailability.

Refund requests must be made within 2 days of delivery by contacting our customer support team at farcloset@gmail.com or WhatsApp

Refund Method:

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit for future purchases.

For prepaid orders (Bank transfer, Any micro bank App): Refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. 

Non-Refundable Cases:

  •  Change of mind, size issues, or dislike of product (you may request an exchange instead).
  • Products on sale, clearance, or discounted offers.
  • Nightwear, or customized items (due to hygiene and personalized nature).
  •  Orders already processed, shipped, or delivered, unless defective/wrong.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  •  Customers must provide proof (pictures/videos) of defective/wrong items when requesting a refund.
  • Refund requests without prior approval will not be accepted.

We may update this Refund policy from time to time. Any Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
