At FAR CLOSET, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our refund terms carefully.
Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- You received a defective or damaged product.
- If you have made an online payment and your order could not be delivered due to stock unavailability.
Refund requests must be made within 2 days of delivery by contacting our customer support team at farcloset@gmail.com or WhatsApp
Refund Method:
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit for future purchases.
For prepaid orders (Bank transfer, Any micro bank App): Refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Change of mind, size issues, or dislike of product (you may request an exchange instead).
- Products on sale, clearance, or discounted offers.
- Nightwear, or customized items (due to hygiene and personalized nature).
- Orders already processed, shipped, or delivered, unless defective/wrong.
Important Notes:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers must provide proof (pictures/videos) of defective/wrong items when requesting a refund.
- Refund requests without prior approval will not be accepted.
