Order Cancellation Policy
We value our customers and strive to provide the best shopping experience. Please review our cancellation policy before placing an order.
Order Cancellation by Customer:
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing an order by contacting our customer support at Farcloset@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. Orders can also be cancelled when you receive a verification call from our customer service. Once the order has been processed, Packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- For prepaid orders the refund will be issued as store credit or through the original payment method ( Processing time 5-7 Working Days).
Order cancellation by FAR CLOSET:
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases
- The item is out of stock or unavailable.
- There is an issue with payment verification.
- The issuing financial institution declines price errors.
- The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.
In such cases, customer will be informed promptly, and a full refund or store credit will be issued.
Non-canceller orders:
- Sale, discounted, or clearance items.
- Customized or made to order products.
- Orders already Dispatched/Shipped
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If a customer refuses to accept delivery without prior cancellation approval, future order may require advance payment.
