Order Cancellation Policy

We value our customers and strive to provide the best shopping experience. Please review our cancellation policy before placing an order.

Order Cancellation by Customer:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing an order by contacting our customer support at Farcloset@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. Orders can also be cancelled when you receive a verification call from our customer service. Once the order has been processed, Packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • For prepaid orders the refund will be issued as store credit or through the original payment method ( Processing time 5-7 Working Days).

Order cancellation by FAR CLOSET:

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases

  • The item is out of stock or unavailable.
  • There is an issue with payment verification.
  • The issuing financial institution declines price errors.
  • The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.

In such cases, customer will be informed promptly, and a full refund or store credit will be issued.

Non-canceller orders: 

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items.
  • Customized or made to order products.
  • Orders already Dispatched/Shipped

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

If a customer refuses to accept delivery without prior cancellation approval, future order may require advance payment.

We may update this order cancellation policy from time to time. Any Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
