Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer an exchange policy to make your experience worry-free. Items purchased from our online store can be sent back for exchange at our given address through courier.
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Incorrect, damaged, or defective item at the time of delivery (Video Required while opening the parcel)
- Incorrect or different from what is shown on our website.
- An Incomplete product (Missing Parts) (Video required while opening the Parcel)
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and all original tags/packaging must be intact.
- Color fading on the first wash. (Video Required)
- Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for exchange (unless defective)
- Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. If an item bought at the regular price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the sale price.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
For Hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged
- Nightwear, Customised or made-to-order products.
- Accessories (If Applicable)
Process for exchange:
- Contact our customer support team at our email or WhatsApp number.
- The Complaint has to be raised within 2 working days for any Incorrect, Damaged, or defective item at the time of delivery.Provide your order number, Item detail and reason for exchange.
- Ship the Item to our address. FAR CLOSET has the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or deny the request for exchange after inspection. Once the request for exchange has been approved, the customer will be notified by our customer service. We will send you the replacement item of equal value.
- In case the desired size/product is unavailable, you may select another item of equal value.
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will arrange a free replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
- Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged.
Note: This exchange policy does not apply to orders to be shipped outside Pakistan.
International Orders:
Currently, FAR CLOSET does not have an Exchange or Return option for international orders.However, in case of any damaged or incorrect item received by the customer, he/she can contact our customer care department for a credit note, discount or refund. To timely resolve the complaints, we encourage customers to take a , video of the pack while opening.
The customer should notify discrepancies within 2 days of the online order being delivered. FAR CLOSET cannot entertain complaints after the above-mentioned time period.
If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, FAR CLOSET is not obliged to return, refund, or compensate the amount of the order.
FAR Closet thoroughly investigates complaints to identify misuse of claims and reserves the right to cancel compensation in any instance.
Changes to This Policy:
We may update this Exchange policy from time to time. Any Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
